Tidal Federal Solutions was formed in 2000 to support customers in the federal marketplace.
We design, develop, implement, and support Information Technology and Management solutions to provide clients with an unprecedented opportunity to improve the flow of information and achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. Tidal builds relationships with our clients so we can fully understand their business processes and requirements. Headquartered near Baltimore, Maryland with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, Tidal delivers comprehensive client services and solutions through two corporations, each created to meet specific client requirements.

Through CATS, the State has a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing Task Orders (TO) specific to its needs.
