Tidal Technologies Corporation, established in 1991, provides a full array of technology services and technical staff support for our commercial, state and local government customers. Tidal Federal Solutions was formed in 2000 to support customers in the federal marketplace.

We design, develop, implement and support Information Technology and Management solutions to provide clients with an unprecedented opportunity to improve the flow of information and achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. Tidal builds relationships with our clients so we can fully understand their business processes and requirements. Then we take a fresh look at their operational needs and information systems, and develop the solutions that deliver information quickly and efficiently, and reduce administrative time. Headquartered near Baltimore, Maryland with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, Tidal delivers comprehensive client services and solutions through two corporations, each created to meet specific client requirements.

Maryland Depart of Information Technology
The Maryland Department of Information Technology has established this Master Contract vehicle (CATS) to procure IT consulting and technical services for the State of Maryland. The objective of this Master Contract is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS, the State has a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing Task Orders (TO) specific to its needs.
